卢律师在2013年成为少数的获中国司法部批准在内地执业的香港居民律師之一。

卢律师曾经在香港的律师事务所工作逾二十年，接受全面的传统英式的法律专业训练，熟悉香港的法律实务操作。为香港及/或中国内地的客户，在香港协助处理了大量的包括设立香港/BVI公司、股权转让交易、投融资、房地产买卖、中国公证及国际公证等各类法律事务。

在中国內地执业過程中，卢律师为外国/香港的公司和个人客户，在中国大陆设立外商投资企业/常驻代表机构、收购内地企业的股权、打击侵犯知识产权的行为和犯罪、和内地员工之间的劳动合同纠纷，向出口信用保险公司提供关于索赔事由的真实性调查，以及跨境婚姻继承关系中的财产纠纷等，提供法律服务。

In 2013, Mr. Lo became one of the few Hong Kong residents being admitted as a practicing PRC lawyer. With over two decades of experience working in law firms in Hong Kong, Mr. Lo received comprehensive training in British legal traditions and possesses expert knowledge of Hong Kong's legal system. He has assisted both Hong Kong and mainland Chinese clients across a wide spectrum of legal matters, including establishing Hong Kong/BVI companies, share transfer, investment and financing, conveyancing, and notarial services under both Chinese and international law.

Since qualifying as a PRC lawyer, Mr. Lo has provided legal services to both corporate and individual clients domestically and abroad. His specialisations include: establishing foreign-invested enterprises and representative offices in China; the acquisition of equity stakes in Chinese companies; handling cases concerning intellectual property infringement; resolving labour contract disputes involving Chinese employees; conducting due diligence for export credit insurance claims; and dealing with issues relating to property disputes across international borders in the context of inheritance matters following international marriages.
