卢律师本身为香港居民，在2010年取得中华人民共和国法律职业资格，在2013年成为少数的获中国司法部批准在内地执业的香港居民之一。
在成为中国执业律师之前，卢律师曾经在香港的律师事务所工作逾二十年，接受全面的传统英式的法律专业训练，熟悉香港的法律实务操作。其间，卢律师为香港及/或中国内地的客户，在香港协助处理了大量的包括设立香港/BVI公司、股权转让交易、投融资、房地产买卖、中国公证及国际公证等各类法律事务。
在成为中国执业律师之后，卢律师为外国/香港的公司和个人客户，在中国大陆设立外商投资企业/常驻代表机构、收购内地企业的股权、打击侵犯知识产权的行为和犯罪、和内地员工之间的劳动合同纠纷，向出口信用保险公司提供关于索赔事由的真实性调查，以及跨境婚姻继承关系中的财产纠纷等，提供法律服务。

Work Experience
Mr. Danny Lo is a permanent resident of Hong Kong who holds the legal profession qualification from the People’s Republic of China (PRC) since 2010. He was admitted as a practicing PRC lawyer in 2012. Mr. Lo's achievement is remarkable, as it is rare and challenging for a Hong Kong resident to be able to practice law in mainland China.
Prior to practicing in mainland China, Mr. Lo had worked in Hong Kong law firms for over twenty years. He received comprehensive training in the traditional English-style of legal practice, making him well-versed in the legal procedures followed in Hong Kong. During his tenure in Hong Kong, Mr. Lo assisted clients from both Hong Kong and mainland China in various matters, such as establishing Hong Kong or BVI companies, handling share transfers, investment and financing, conveyancing-related work, PRC attestation matters, and international notary matters.
Since becoming a qualified PRC lawyer, Mr. Lo now provides legal services to corporate and individual clients from overseas and Hong Kong. His areas of expertise include assisting clients in establishing foreign investment companies and registered offices, facilitating acquisitions of mainland China companies, handling cases related to intellectual property infringement, resolving labor disputes involving domestic employees, conducting investigations on insurance claims, and addressing property disputes in foreign-related marriages and successions.
